The smilies should be visible on the board no matter which ID you use. Can you make a screenshot of where you are trying to post and see no smilies? To move a post, put a check in the box next to it...

Hi Lolita, the board on your account is a really old one in the old UI. We don't have premier boards, just free boards and gold boards. Your board is gold which means you have paid to have ads...
